How does the Community Fibre Mobile App work?

As well as using our Home Phone service at home on your existing handset, you can also use the Home Phone service via an App you can download onto your smartphone!

To login, please use the following credentials:


    • Login – CFL Account Number (A-xxxxxxxxx) - this is included in your welcome email
    • Password – you will have received an email to create your password 


It is linked to your Home Phone subscription so any calls included in your plan can also be made from your App.


When your Home Phone number is called it can also be set up to ring on the mobile App – so you will never miss a call.


Plus, you can make calls from your smartphone wherever you are in the world as long as you have WiFi or mobile data coverage, which can eliminate roaming charges!
