When will I receive my first bill?

You will receive your first invoice shortly after your installation date and payment will be debited 3 working days later. 

Please note that we are a prepaid service provider, so payments will be taken in advance via. Direct Debit.

If you are an existing broadband customer and have signed up for the home phone service, the charge for the call plan will be added to your next invoice.
