I’m an existing broadband customer and want to add a call plan, how do I do this?

Please call 0808 196 6262 and our Telesales team will be happy to assist you. Lines are open between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays. Adding a call plan to your broadband contract will renew your whole contract.


We will send out a phone adapter which you can connect to your router and any Calls handset in a matter of minutes. Rest assured, the setup is quick and easy!
