Your first invoice will be sent on the same day after you are successfully installed, as we provide a prepaid service. However, the money will be collected at least 3 days later.
You will receive your monthly Community Fibre invoice in your email inbox, with payment due three days later. Payments are taken using the Direct Debit method.
Invoicing for your bill will be sent at the same time every month and the money will be collected at least 3 days later (it can be longer if it hits the weekend or a bank holiday).
